Preparation of UV-cured organic–inorganic hybrid materials with low refractive index for multilayer film applications

Ultraviolet (UV)-cured organic–inorganic hybrid materials with low refractive index ( 99% in the visible and near-infrared regions and a low refractive index of 1.372 at 633 nm. A TiO2-containing UV-cured hybrid film with high refractive index was easily coated on the UV-cured low-refractive-index film.
