Development and Evaluation of Different Methods for Preparation of Fluorine‐Containing (R)‐ and (S)‐N‐tert‐Butanesulfinyl–aldimines

Abstract This work is solely focused on the development of optimized procedures for preparation of various (S)‐ N ‐ tert ‐butanesulfinyl‐aldimines bearing CHF 2 , CClF 2 , CBrF 2 , CIF 2 , C 2 F 5 , C 3 F 7 , C 4 F 9 , C 4 HF 8 , C 5 F 11 and C 6 HF 12 groups, synthetically valuable reagents for preparation of fluorinated amino‐compounds of high pharmaceutical potential.
