摘要
In this work, the spectral characteristics of large-size copper monosulfide particles (radius of 100, 125, and 150 nm) were studied in detail. Calculations of the optical response of copper monosulfide particles were carried out by the finite element method. Distribution of the electric field and its intensity in the dipole approximation for spherical CuS particles have been simulated. The distribution of the electromagnetic field around copper monosulfide particles was compared with gold particles of 100 and 125 nm in size. It is shown that concentration of free carrier in the copper monosulfide particles is higher in comparison to the gold ones in the case of large particles.
