摘要
The design, construction, assembly, and testing of a compact and portable fiber optic-based dynamic light scattering instrument are reported. The noninvasive instrument integrates latest solid state and fiber optic technologies to study the ocular fluids and tissues from the cornea to the retina in the eyes of live animals in field applications.
