摘要
As a kind of crystalline organic porous material, covalent organic frameworks (COFs) have been employed in bioanalysis owing to its outstanding intrinsic properties including stable structure, optional building block, highly tunable porosity, large specific surface area, π-π stacking interactions, unique photoelectric property and ordered channel. Multiplex and multidimensional bioanalysis represents a crucial approach to improve diagnostic assay throughput and advanced fundamental discoveries in life science. The major achievements and recent developments of COFs are expounded such as preparation strategies, functionalization methods and bioanalysis in this comprehensive review. Whereafter, a systematic summarize of the challenges, existing problems and development trends of each section is presented with the purpose to stimulate further contributions to this emerging but promising field. Finally, some personal views and future opportunities are put forward in this promising field.
