Icenticaftor (QBW251) is a potentiator of the CFTR protein and is currently in clinical development for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic bronchitis. An absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) study was performed at steady state to determine the pharmacokinetics, mass balance, and metabolite profiles of icenticaftor in humans.
