摘要
The metabolism of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) is one of the key factors affecting the therapeutic effect. The pharmacokinetic properties of ADCs are particularly complex because they are composed of both large and small molecules. Comprehensive consideration of the metabolism of all components of ADCs is the prerequisite for a thorough understanding the responses to ADCs. In this chapter, several technologies for analyzing the pharmacokinetic properties of ADCs are described, and a novel strategy is proposed by integrating the advantages of some technologies to evaluate metabolism of ADCs more accurately.
