Renal Cell Carcinoma Presenting as Metastasis to Frontal Sinus in a Young Male

Metastatic tumors of paranasal sinuses are rare and metastasis to frontal sinuses has been reported in the literature in the form of case reports only. Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is the most common tumor, which metastasizes to paranasal sinuses. RCC presenting as swelling overlying a metastasis to frontal sinus with no other sign or symptom of primary disease has been reported only in 1 case. Our case is that of a young male who presented with a history of swelling of left frontal region, which on excision and histopathologic examination turned out to be the metastatic lesion from RCC.
