Research Progress in Regulating and Controlling Key Procedures in Starter-making

The key procedures in Starter-making including crushing,mixing,molding and fermentation management were introduced,and their effects on the quality of Daqu were illustrated respectively.Meanwhile,the research progress in regulating and controlling these key procedures were elaborated.
