摘要
Objective: To analyse the p53 gene mutation on exon 5, 6, 7, 8, compare the rate of mutation of p53 gene between circulation blood and tissue of gastric cancer, estimate its value on diagnosis, metastases and therapy in gastric cancer. Method: PCR-SSCP and silver dying were used to circulating blood and tissue of gastric cancer. Rusults: Mutation of p53 gene was identified in 12 of 32 cases in tissue the rate of 37.5%, and 5 of 32 in blood with rate of 15.6% respectively, all of mutated cases in blood also mutated in its corresponding tissue, and correlate to lymph node metastases. Conclusion: The circulating p53 mutation reflects the p53 mutation in tissue of gastric cancer, and it can be used as a new method of gene diagnoses and a useful metastasis factor.
