摘要
Graphite-like C3N4 nanocrystals were synthesized by the reaction of CCl4 and NH4Cl at 400°C without any catalyst. XRD and TEM examinations indicate that the average size of the crystals is about 11 nm with a good crystallinity, and CN and C–N bonds can be observed at 1617.95 and 1271.09 cm−1, respectively, in the IR spectrum.
