The writing and editing is such that a novice or expert in the field would find a review comprehensive and informative. Each of the reviews is written by one to four authors. They are the acknowledged experts in their respective fields. Features: The reviews in this volume cover a broad range of topics. Each review is thoroughly referenced with the most relevant and current references. Many of the reviews cover aspects of cell or developmental biology that represent the merging of more traditional, separate disciplines and all address topics of considerable current interest.
