摘要
The efficiency and precision of a concrete 3D printing robot's extruder unit are critical to its proper operation. This paper digs into the painstaking research and design of an extruder specialized to meet the needs of large-scale concrete 3D printing projects. The composite material's specific features and parameter settings are systematically evaluated. It is composed of a distinctive blend of cement, sand, Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) resin beads, and coir fiber. These insights enable the careful selection of an extrusion head design that works in tandem with the material's particular properties. Following the design process, a thorough evaluation of the extruder's functionality is carried out through rigorous testing. The study is fully focused on the conceptualization, development, and fabrication of superior extrusion heads, opening the path for improved performance in the field of concrete 3D printing robotics.
