3D Laser Micro-and Nanoprinting: Status and Perspectives

We review our recent work on 3D laser micro-and nanoprinting of polymers. We emphasize replacing two-photon absorption by two-step absorption, allowing for using compact continuous-wave laser diodes instead of femtosecond laser systems. Furthermore, we focus on laser printing of semiconductors and metals, allowing for fully printed functional micro-electronic devices.
