摘要
Aiming at many welding defects existing in the traditional cage welding LNG cylinder frame of a construction truck, a bottomless beam structure is adopted for the frame design, stamping molding is adopted for parts in manufacturing process, and connection is adopted for assembly. In order to verify the feasibility of the improved scheme, the first three order modal characteristics of the framework were analyzed with the help of simulation analysis software, and the frequency distribution was investigated. The gravity field was applied to the three typical working conditions respectively to investigate the stress distribution to avoid the structural failure in the ultimate working conditions due to high stress. Fatigue simulation analysis of the frame that instead of traditional physical verification, the fatigue damage value was investigated. The results indicate that the modal analysis, working condition strength analysis and fatigue simulation, the bottomless beam frame meets the design requirements. This method simplifies the design process of the framework, saves the investment of development funds in the early stage, avoids the risk of design failure caused by unreasonable overall structure design, improper material selection and other factors, and has a good prospect for industry promotion.
