摘要
ZnO structures were prepared by a two-step procedure. Firstly ZnO were synthesized by hydrothermal method with methanol as solvent and then annealed in air. The structure and morphology of the samples were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The chemical composition of the samples was determined by XPS. The optical properties were analyzed by fluorescence spectroscopy. The results show that the reaction time has an important influence on the morphology, chemical composition and optical properties of ZnO.
