Cognitive enhancement refers to the technology of enhancing or expanding the cognitive and emotional abilities of people without psychosis based on relevant knowledge of neurobiology. The common methods of cognitive enhancement include transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and cognitive training (CT). tDCS takes effect quickly, with a short effective time, while CT takes longer to work, requiring several weeks of training, with a longer effective time. In recent years, some researchers have begun to use the method of tDCS combined with CT to regulate the cognitive function. This paper will sort out and summarize this topic from five aspects: perception, attention, working memory, decision-making and other cognitive abilities. Finally, the application prospect and challenges of technology are prospected.认知增强(CE)指在未患精神疾病的人群中,基于相关神经生物学的知识,有针对性增强或扩展其认知、情感等能力的技术。认知增强常用方法有经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)和认知训练(CT),tDCS 起效快,但有效时间较短;而 CT 起效时间较长,需要几周的时间进行训练,但有效时间较长。近年来也有研究者开始尝试使用 CT 与 tDCS 相结合的方法对认知功能进行调控,本文将从感知能力、注意力、工作记忆、决策能力以及其他认知能力五个方面对此进行梳理和总结。最后展望了该技术的应用前景及所面临的问题和挑战。.
