摘要
GaSb-based thermophotovoltaic converters for a selective mantle-type Y2O3 emitter coated with rare-earth oxides Er2O3/Yb2O3 are investigated. Matching of the converter spectral response with the peak emitter-radiation wavelength λ = 1540 nm provides a thermophotovoltaic conversion efficiency of more than 26% (0.4 W).
