摘要
A novel sorbent for the enrichment of aflatoxin B1 and B2, molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared via self-assembly of dopamine to attach aflatoxin B1 as the template onto the surface of Fe3O4 nanoparticles. Various parameters affecting the adsorption efficiencies of the prepared polymers were investigated. It can be shown to be an efficient and fairly specific sorbent coupled with UPLC-FLD with a large volume flow cell for the recognition and determination of both aflatoxin Bs in food samples. A highly selective molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared via self-assembly of dopamine to attach aflatoxin B1 as the template onto the surface of ferroferric oxide nanoparticles, and aflatoxin B1 and B2 are recognized owing to homologous cavities of the magnetic materials, and quantified by UPLC-FLD with a large volume flow cell after desorption with methanol.
