摘要
Trimethoxysilane is directly synthesized from silicon and methanol using cuprous chloride as catalyst.The Si-Cu_2Cl_2 mixture is pretreated by microwave piror to feeding methanol.Factors influencing the reaction such as the microwave power and the amount of Cu_2Cl_2 and Cu_2O are discussed,and the effect of series reactor is investigated.The activitity increases after the mixture〔 m (Si)∶ m (Cu_2Cl_2)=10∶ 0.4〕 is pretreated by microwave for 3 min at high power.In the distillate,the content of trimethoxysilane is 44.2% and the content of methanol is 44.7%.After adding Cu_2O,the content of trimethoxysilane is 54.2% and the content of methanol is 34.6%.In a series reaction system,the content of trimethoxysilane is 72.3% and the content of methanol is 10.8%.
