摘要
A dry ball-milling process has been applied to exfoliation of layered bulk materials of MoS2 and WS2 in the presence of sodium cholate as an exfoliant and a stabilizer. The resulting two-dimensional (2D) nanosheets are very stable for long periods of time and hence can be stored as a “stock solid”. An aqueous dispersion with the same quality and controlled concentration is available anytime simply by shaking the “stock solid” in water by hand followed by centrifuging the resulting suspension.
