Ivabradine in the Management of Pediatric Arrhythmias

Ivabradine is a relatively novel negative chronotropic agent used in the management of pediatric arrhythmias caused by enhanced automaticity. We present an illustrative case of an infant treated with ivabradine for atrial ectopic tachycardia, followed by a review of several published case series describing use of ivabradine in the management of pediatric arrhythmias.
