摘要
In this work, TYUT-96Cr and Fe3O4 were integrated into a novel magnetic adsorbent (Fe3O4@TYUT-96Cr) by in-situ polymerization. Then, this synthesized adsorbent was successfully applied in the magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) procedure, and coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the detection of fungicides in fresh fruit juice. The structure and properties of Fe3O4@TYUT-96Cr were determined by a series of characterizations. In addition, several experimental parameters which could affect the extraction efficiencies were investigated. Under optimum conditions, limits of detections (LODs) were ranged from 0.050 to 0.103 µg·L-1. The linearity was achieved using five points in the concentration range of 10 to 1000 µg·L-1, with correlation coefficients (R2) ≥ 0.9964. The enrichment factors (EFs) in a range of 6.8 to 11.5. Finally, the proposed method has been successfully detected the residues of fungicides in various fresh juice, and the recoveries were between 68.2% to 114.7%. The magnetic material not only has the advantage of rapid magnetic separation, but also is easy to synthesize. It demonstrates excellent potential in the analysis of pesticide residues in fresh juice.
