A promising possibility for 5G radio is the multi-carrier waveform F-NOMA. The PAPR, however, offers a major issue for the NOMA waveform since it can lower the power amplifier's efficiency in the NOMA transmitter. This paper suggests a novel SLM technique to minimize the distortion caused in the waveform in order to solve this problem. In contrast to the traditional SLM, the suggested method simplifies the architecture and is only used with the system's emitter for the F-NOMA. Additionally, utilizing F-NOMA 64-QAM transmission methods, the efficiency of the SLM algorithm is evaluated, and the PAPR parameters are compared for various transmission patterns. The simulation results show that choosing the sub-block and phase rotation components will result in the best PAPR.
