摘要
Hydrogen- bonded organic frameworks (HOFs) are an important class of porous materials. After years of exploration and research, there have been developed with stable HOFs with great π structure. Furthermore, due to its ordered pore structure, π- π stacking effect and stacked spatial orbitals, HOFs are also widely used in catalysis, sensing, and medical fields. Photoelectrochemical (PEC) sensing technology is a new detection method with the benefits of high accuracy, good sensitivity, and fast response time. A novel method for creating new PEC sensors will be made by incorporating HOFs into PEC sensing technology. The applications of each are discussed in this review article, along with HOFs's use in PEC sensors. It is noteworthy that HOFs are still in their infancy in the field of PEC because of their sluggish development when compared to other porous materials. We hope that this review can provide reference for more research and preparation of HOFs. At the same time, while gaining an understanding of the latest applications of HOFs, we aim to provide guidance for the development of HOFs in the field of PEC.
