Research on Early Digital System Engineering of Distribution Network Project Based on PDCA Cycle

In this paper, PDCA cycle system and based on the "distribution network project early-stage auxiliary management module" to the distribution network project demand to the whole process of investment planning is systematically studied. Then this paper designs the distribution network digital engineering system based on PDCA circulation system. In this paper, the intelligent bamboo management system of canal operation and maintenance management, state management, maintenance management and ledger management and the intelligent monitoring system integrated online monitoring are established. The system has realized a series of functions such as characteristic operation and inspection of electric power digital engineering, inspection and maintenance process management, closed-loop management of hidden defects, ledger information system management, monitoring equipment dyeing management and so on. Experimental simulation shows that this system improves the efficiency of PDCA management in digital power engineering.
