Investigation of Nonlinear Absorption and Nonlinear Refraction Properties of Nb4C3 MXene at 1900 nm

Nonlinear optical properties of Nb4C3 MXene were experimentally investigated by Z-scan measurements. Estimated nonlinear absorption coefficient and nonlinear refractive index were as –(2.52 ± 0.05) × 10 3 cm/GW and –0.10 ±0.01 cm 2 /GW at 1900 nm.
