摘要
With the diversification of employment methods, flexible employment has become the choice of more and more employment groups. Flexible employment plays an indispensable role in ensuring employment and common prosperity. Through questionnaire survey, this paper finds that flexible employment personnel have problems such as low labor income, long working hours, low social security level, low skill level, and difficulties in safeguarding their rights. On this basis, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
