摘要
A linearized four-segment current control scheme has been discussed for a four-switch resonant type inverting buck-boost dc/dc converter by the use of an optimized three-dimensional control scheme. Additionally, by the implementation of a three-dimensional control scheme, the inverting voltage regulation capability of a four-switch resonant type buck-boost converter has increased. The zero-voltage switching ZVS operating condition has been achieved at the whole voltage operating range for all four switches. Furthermore, the four-segment controlled resonant RMS current value is reduced, which helps to increase the converter efficiency by reducing conduction loss of the dc/dc converter. Finally, the resonant type four-switch inverting buck-boost converter prototype is built-up for experimental verification. The 99% peak efficiency of the dc/dc converter prototype is recorded at -48Vin to 48Vout. Finally, a comparison table is depicted with the traditional inverting solution converter.
