摘要
In this paper, a scanning mirror control system supported by flexible pivot is introduced. The control system uses voice coil motor as driving element and photoelectric code plate as measuring element. This is the first time such a mechanical structure has been used in space optical detection. Firstly, due to the flexible pivot support, the Angle measurement error of the photoelectric encoder will increase with the scanning mirror deviate from the center position, so the Angle measurement should be corrected before being used as the feedback signal of the control system. Secondly, a compound control algorithm is proposed for scanning control system, which is composed of velocity feedback and position feedback and feedforward control. The dynamic scanning accuracy is ±4 arc second and the velocity nonlinearity is 0.4% by using the laser gyroscope measuring device. The experimental results show that the control algorithm can greatly improve the control accuracy and speed stability of the system, which lays a foundation for high-resolution spatial optical detection.
