摘要
The human body involves many soft interfaces with excellent hydration and lubrication properties to resist biological adhesion. The abdominal cavity, one of the most important parts of soft tissues, commonly generates severe wear and adhesion-related complication upon encountering lubrication failure between the internal organs of the abdominal cavity and the abdominal wall. Here, we report a method for the manufacture of UV-cured hydrogel lubrication coating on damaged cecum tissue. The hydrogel coating consists of methacrylated carboxymethyl chitosan (MA-CMC) and o-nitrobenzene-grafted hyaluronic acid (HA-NB). The coating not only exhibits fast curing time, good bonding strength, as well as matching mechanics with organs but also shows good lubricity and anti-fouling properties. The anti-adhesion performance of the coating is verified in a constructed rat cecum-abdominal wall postoperative adhesion model. The current concept of hydrogel lubrication coating may help accelerate the development and clinical application of soft anti-adhesion materials.
