摘要
γδT cells, one kind of innate immune cells, are predominantly detected in the mucous membrane, epithelial tissues and peripheral blood. γδT cells play important roles in antiviral activities, antitumor cytotoxicity,immune surveillance and tolerance. In the process of virus infections, γδT cells display the potential of direct cytotoxicity and also act as regulatory immune cells and antigen presenting cells, which construct the bridge of innate and adaptive immune that are involved in the immune responses of infection.
