[Recommendations of diagnosis and treatment of gout in China].

Gout is a crystal associated arthritis caused by monosodium urate (MSU) accumulating in joint, and it belongs to metabolic rheumatic disease. In China, gout is common but it is insufficient for education of standardized diagnosis and treatment for gout. Based on the evidence and guidelines from China and other countries, Chinese gout Collaborative Research Group developed standardization of diagnosis and treatment of gout in China. The purpose is to standardize the methods for diagnosis of gout, treatment opportunity and strategies in order to reduce misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis and irreversible damage.痛风是一种单钠尿酸盐沉积在关节所致的晶体相关性关节病，属代谢性风湿病。我国痛风虽然并不少见，但其规范化诊疗的普及依然欠缺。中国医师协会风湿免疫科医师分会痛风专业委员会在借鉴国内外诊治经验和指南的基础上，制定了本诊疗规范，旨在规范痛风的诊断、治疗时机和治疗方案，以减少误诊和漏诊。对患者的短期与长期治疗予以建议，以减少不可逆损伤的发生，改善预后。.
