摘要
CD47 is widely expressed in various species and cell types.It has been found that CD47 was overexpressed in a variety of diseases, especially in malignant tumor, and its overexpression is closely related to the invasion, metastasis and prognosis of hematopoietic, nervous, lymphatic and solid tumors.The success of cancer immunotherapy has inspired great interest in the discovery of new immunotherapy targets.Macrophages and other bone marrow immune cells are the effectors of tumor immunotherapy.CD47 binds to signal regulatory protein α (SIRPα) on the surface of macrophages, which inhibits macrophage phagocytosis on tumor cells and produces immune escape.Blocking CD47/SIRPα signaling axis has become a new immunotherapy target for many diseases.We review the characteristics of CD47 and SIRPα, the interaction between CD47 and SIRPα, and the role of CD47 immune escape in different diseases.
