摘要
Abstract This study was designed to isolate Klebsiella pneumoniae from human and sheep and Biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles produced by klebsiella pneumoniae, the aqueous Ag + ions were reduced during exposure to the culture supernatant of Klebsiella pneumoniae. The formation of nanoparticles showed change in colour of the reaction solution turned from yellow to brown, and using The Atomic Force Electron Microscopy (AFM) micrograph for concentration (1 mM) silver nanoparticles indicates the surface changes where root mean square (RMS) values equal to 6.03 nm and average roughness of 5.43 nm also the surface thickness equal to 22.94 nm and Average grin size value was 67.40 nm. but the concentration (10 mM) of silver nanoparticles, were indicates the surface changes root mean square (RMS) values is equal 9.32 nm and roughness average was 3.47 nm also the surface thickness equal 33.34 nm and Average grin size value was 63.03 nm. The analysis image of silver nanoparticles shows that they have a cube shape with small pieces and irregular heterogeneous forms. The average size of the minutes ranges between 40.47_89 nm. at concentration (1 Mm). and image of Transmission electron microscopy shows a pseudo- spherical shape (1 mM) which shows the nanoparticle size ranging from 40 to 80 nm. Also Transmission electron microscopy shows a pseudo-spherical shape of the focus (10 mM) which shows the nanoparticle size ranging from 60 to 100 nm.
