摘要
In article number 1900147, Wenya Zhang, Xiaoyu Cui, Cheng-Meng Chen and co-workers fabricate the 3D continuous graphene aerogel enhanced silicone rubber elastomer, which shows high performance as thermal interface material. Just like the function of zipper in the cover picture, the aerogel involved was pre-graphitized at 2800 °C, which convert the van der Waals force between the graphene sheets into chemical covalent bonds. This design can provide faster paths for thermal conduction in the matrix by decreasing the interfacial phonon scattering.
