摘要
The cooperation of ceramic plate with backboard made a great influence on the resisting impact ability of the composite armor.It was analyzed by the theory of stress wave.The numerical simulation of the 7.62mm armor piercing bullet penetrating into composite ceramic /metal armors on different condition was carried out by using LS-DYNA.Different type of adhesive layer and different thicknesses were considered.The wave impedance of backboard was bigger or close to that of the ceramic plate,it would improve the resisting impact ability.The biggish wave impedance was better for the compress wave transmission.The appropriate thickness of adhesive layer would retain the integrality of ceramic,postpone the conical-shaped zone of the fragmented,and extend the distortion area.
