Identification of the Root-knot Nematode Disease on Angelica sinensis(Qliv.)Diels

The root-knot nematode disease on Angelica sinensis(Qliv.)Diels was first reported in Qujin city,Yunnan.The diseased plants were dwarf,yellowing and withered.There were many galls on the diseased roots.According to the morphological characteristic,female perineal patterns,electrophoresis of esterase(Est)and malate dehydrogenase(MDH),the pathogenic nematodes were Meloidogyne incognita(Kofoid and White,1919)Chitwood,1949.
