Application of Patch-clamp Technique in Insect Toxin Action Mechanism

On the basis of introducing the function of patch-clamp technique and ion channel,the insecticide action mechanism(insect Na+ channel toxin) was reviewed,as well as its application in new type safety insecticides development,which can provide reference for the research and development of insecticides.
