摘要
Compared with conventional metallic thermal-conductive materials,carbon-based functional materi- als possess higher thermal conductivity,lower density,better heat-resistance,higher specific strength and higher spe- cific modulus.Therefore,carbon-based functional materials with high thermal conductivity have been widely investiga- ted in recent years.This paper summarizes the research progress in carbon fiber(CF)and its composites,carbon nano- tube(CNT)composites,carbon foams and highly-oriented pyrolytic graphite(HOPG).
