Recent Advances in the Ugi Multicomponent Reactions

The field of the MCRs has exponentially increased by the presence of different reactions, being especially important the Ugi approach. In the last years, substantial advances in the Ugi-3CR and -4CR have been achieved, especially those concerning to the asymmetric versions. The aim of this chapter is highlighting the literature of the last eight years concerning the use of the Ugi strategy for the preparation of different complex molecules.
