摘要
The dielectric constant, pyroelectric coefficient, specific heat, density and loss tangent were obtained for many pyroelectric materials from −25 to 100°C. The optimum oxides, including LiTaO3, PbTiO3, PLZT, Sr0.75Ba0.25Nb2O6 and LiS04. H2O, are compared for responsivity and detectivity with the currently best organic pyroelectric material, triglycine sulfate and its isomorphs.
