摘要
The development of a high-performance liquid chromatography system for the analysis of l-buthionine-(S,R)-sulfoximine (BSO) in human plasma is described. oPhthalaldehyde derivatization and fluorescence detection were used. The R- and S-BSO peaks wer partially separated from each other and completely separated from the matrix components. The limit of detection for BSO was 2μg/ml plasma.
