摘要
Abstract The emission properties and decay kinetics of Cs 4 PbCl 6 single crystals are reported for the first time. Emission band peaking at 355nm is ascribed to the emission of Pb 2+ cationic excitons, while the low temperature emission at 414nm is ascribed to the CsPbCl 3 -like phase in the crystal. Theoretical model is proposed and succesfully used for the description of the temperature dependence of decay times and the ratio of the fast and the slow components of 355nm emission in 4.2 – 300K temperature range.
