摘要
Abstract A reliable method of separating and identifying glucosinolates in rapeseed has been developed by using reversed‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with confirmation by electrospray mass spectrometry and ultraviolet spectroscopy. Volatile ion‐pairing regent and acetic acid was added to modify the mobile phase. After extraction, deproteinization, and centrifugation, glucosinolates were first purified by a column packed with Diethylaminoethyl‐(DEAE)‐sephadex A‐25 and then were injected into the chromatographic system. Confirmation of identity was accomplished using both negative‐ion electrospray mass spectrometry and ultraviolet spectroscopy. Seven species of glucosinolates were determined by using this method.
