Antialgal Phenylpropane Glycerides from Juncus Effusus

Abstract Eight aromatic monoglycerides and four aromatic diglycerides have been isolated from J. effusus and their structures have been defined by spectroscopic means. Some of the compounds have reasonable antialgal activity on Selenastrum capricornutum.
