摘要
Objective To establish a model that induces diabetic retinopathy in mice, observe the development of the disease lesions, and to explore traditional Chinese medicine Salvia in improving the expression and control of DRP in order to clarify its role. Methods The selection of 50 (48 diabetic rats) 12-week-old mice of a single genetic type of natural disease and diabetic rats were fed with high fat content diet as in vivo animal experiments. Diabetic mice were randomly gave high or low dose of Salvia, and their retina and retinal tissue were observed with optical microscope and compared with normal control mice. Results The diabetic retinal inner plexiform layer and cell layer as the thickening of obvious derangement leakage increased in mice with different doses of Salvia on the performance of the different changes in diabetic retinopathy. Conclusions Diabetes can damage bloodretina barrier of mouse, Salvia can improve the experimental DRP and its possible mechanism.
