摘要
The point of this review is mainly focusing on the safety and practicability of solid-state lithium ion battery. And this review emphatically discusses and analyzes these practical manufacturing methods and strategies by illustrating some novel and excellent reported examples instead of barely collecting and classifying these new materials over the years. Based on the current industrial technology and market requirements, we summarize four types of most practical solid-state electrolytes (polymer gel, PEO-based, garnet-type and sulfide-type electrolyte) whose potential of application, strategy of improvement and possibility of mass production are all analyzed in this review. Li ion transport mechanisms in different electrolytes, which are commonly accepted in recent years, are summarized and stated as well. Besides, the key interfacial problems of electrolytes and electrodes for solid batteries is emphatically discussed and we also sort out some useful methods for actual production. And there are some interesting and novel content in this paper, which is that the lithium metal is not considered as an anode material because we think that is not realistic and economical for industrial manufacture in recent years and the polymer gel is analyzed to be a great transition electrolyte from liquid electrolyte batteries to all-solid-state batteries.
