摘要
Recently, halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted great attention due to their excellent photovoltaic performance. This chapter is dedicated to the recent development of lead halide perovskites in photovoltaic application. We provide an overview spanning from the introduction of perovskite materials to the device architectures of PSCs, followed by discussion of deposition methods of perovskite films. In particular, the current understanding of degradation processes of both materials and devices are discussed in depth. In the end, we emphasize the remaining challenges of PSCs from the environmental and industrial point of view.
