Bifunctional Ni 1−2 x Mo x Se@NH 4 NiPO 4 ·6H 2 O–MoO x /NF electrodes with dual active sites efficiently promote both the hydrogen and oxygen evolution reactions towards alkaline water splitting and require a low cell voltage of 1.49 V to reach 10 mA cm −2 .
